Prices start at $260/HR (additional hours are discounted!)
2-hour minimum. Approximately 20 quick balloons can be twisted in an hour; the more intricate the design, the longer it takes. Approximately 15 balloons per hour for intricate designs. Must be placed under cover or indoors. As a staffed item, you'll see a '$0' until an account manager confirms availability for your selected date and time.
