You have the Pinterest board, the venue, and a reason to celebrate- but you don’t have the time to track down the perfect centerpieces, negotiate arrival times with vendors, or build a minute-by-minute timeline.

This is our ultimate VIP package. We step in a month before your event to take over the planning, procure your decor, and finalize the logistics. Then, we are on-site for up to 8 hours on the day of the event to execute it flawlessly. This package is designed for the host who wants a completely hands-off, luxury experience from start to finish.

Phase 1: The Design & Vendor Takeover (Starting 30 Days Out)

A month before your event, we take the stress off your plate so you can focus on the fun parts.

  • Creative Design & Procurement: You tell us your theme and vision, and we do the shopping. We will source, order, and organize the creative elements for your event- from custom signage and table linens to the perfect party favors and floral accents.
  • Vendor Management: Hand over your contracts. We become the primary point of contact for your caterer, DJ, venue, and rental companies. We confirm their arrival times, review their requirements, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • The Master Timeline: We build a comprehensive, minute-by-minute run-of-show for the event day, ensuring no detail is overlooked and the party flows perfectly.

Phase 2: The Pre-Party Setup (Arrives 2 Hours Before)

On the day of the event, your coordinator arrives early with your procured decor in hand to bring the vision to life.

  • Decor & Design Execution: We set up the centerpieces, style the dessert tables, arrange the signage, and execute the design plan perfectly.
  • Vendor Load-In: We direct the third-party vendors as they arrive, showing the DJ where to set up and ensuring the caterer has everything they need.

Phase 3: The Main Event (Stays up to 4 Hours During)

Once the party starts, your coordinator becomes your personal host assistant and event director.

  • Timeline Management: We keep the event moving according to the master timeline we built, cueing the speeches, the food service, and the entertainment.
